REFUNDS


At Lawi Designs, each item is produced and fulfilled specifically for your order. Please review our policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


Return Eligibility

Returns are not automatically approved. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.

To be eligible for review, you must:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Email info@lawidesigns.com with:

    • Name

    • Order number

    • Reason for request

    • Photos of the item (including size tag if applicable)


Sizing & Fit Issues

Sizing and fit preferences are not considered product defects.

If an item does not fit as expected:

  • We may offer a partial refund, store credit, or alternative resolution

  • Return shipping may not be required

  • Return labels are issued only if a return is approved

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts prior to purchase.


Approved Returns

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • A return label will be provided by our customer service team

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Original shipping, priority processing, and insurance fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after review.

Do not send items back to the original shipping address.


Refunds Without Return

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, some refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Include photos or video of the issue

We will review the request and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless a defect is confirmed.


Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Customers are responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds, if issued, will exclude shipping and include a 30% restocking fee

If an item is lost or destroyed in transit, a store credit may be offered at our discretion.


International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
